The investment company Novax has recruited Carl Johan Åkesson as its new CFO. Carl Johan joins from Instabee Group and has previously held the position of CFO in both listed and unlisted companies such as Hemnet, Sdiptech, and Mediaplanet Group.
Novax is Axel Johnson's investment company tasked with building future pillars for the group by investing in and developing companies within Future Food, Technical Security, and Preventive Health. Over the past five years, Novax has multiplied its value and scope with companies and groups in Sweden, the EU, and the UK. As part of Novax's journey towards further internationalization and growth, Carl Johan Åkesson has been recruited as CFO.

Carl Johan Åkesson has extensive experience as CFO in several international companies such as Instabee, Budbee, Hemnet, Sdiptech, and Mediaplanet Group. Most recently, he comes from a role as CFO of Instabee Group, where he led a merger and integration of the delivery companies Instabox, Budbee, and Porterbuddy. Carl Johan is part of Novax's management team, where he will drive strategic financial matters to further accelerate Novax's strong growth journey and expand operational support for the companies.
